Randy Bird, Chief Operating Officer of the company that wants to build this coal plant just south of us in Matagorda County, has sent a letter to Matagorda County Judge Nate McDonald in which he, several times, levies what sounds like an ultimatum for the judge to support the endeavor by August 15, 2010.
