Today, Matthew Tejada and Rosalia Guerrero, our Community Liaison at Air Alliance Houston, talk about the latest developments in the fight against the proposed White Stallion coal plant in Matagorda County. Randy Bird, Chief Operating Officer of the company that wants to build this coal plant just south of us in Matagorda County, has sent a letter to Matagorda County Judge Nate McDonald in which he, several times, levies what sounds like an ultimatum for the judge to support the endeavor by August 15, 2010.
