When: Tuesday, July 21st, 2020 at 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Where: ZOOM

Let’s Continue Working Together for Justice.

Together with our partners in the Healthy Port Communities Coalition, we want to keep the conversation going. Our next town hall will be on Tuesday, July 21st, at 6 PM. This time, we’ll hear from some of Houston area’s youth leaders.

Young people will be living with the long-term consequences of today’s policy decisions. It is therefore key for us to hear not only from those with years of experience on issues of justice, but also from the people who will be impacted the longest by our society’s success – or failure – at addressing the interrelated issues of race, justice, and the environment.
Panelists include:
Denae King, Ph.D. (moderator), Environmental Justice Researcher at Texas Southern University
Rodrigo Cantu, Staff Attorney in environmental justice for Lone Star Legal Aid
Anthony Collier, Houstonian & Student Body President, University of Texas School of Law
Zoe Middleton, Houston and SE Texas Co-Director of Texas Housers
Terence Narcisse, Executive Director of East Harris County Empowerment Council
Join us to listen, learn and take action!
