Provide feedback on EPA’s Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Program

It is your right to know what harmful chemicals are being used in your community, how their disposal is managed, and their pollution levels over time.

The Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) is an EPA program which tracks the management of certain chemicals from U.S. facilities in a number of industry sectors. Each year, EPA analyzes the most recent TRI data and publishes its findings in the TRI National Analysis.

EPA wants the TRI National Analysis to be as useful to you as possible. They are currently welcoming any suggestions for new features, new analyses, or ways they can improve the report and website.

Anyone can provide feedback or recommendations for EPA to consider by sending an email to [email protected].

Learn more about how local and tribal governments can best use the TRI to help protect community members’ health and welfare at a webinar hosted by the Environmental Law Institute on October 6 at 1:00 PM. The event is free and open to the public but registration is required.
