Martin Marietta Materials LLC, has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for renewal of Air Quality Permit Number 55353, which would authorize continued operation of an Asphalt Plant located at 600 Lockwood Drive, Houston, Harris County, Texas 77011. This group was founded in response to the Texas Department of Transportation’s North Houston Highway Improvement Project.
