As the Director of Finance and Operations, Ingrid advances AAH’s mission by leading and supporting seamless fiscal, operational, and human resource management systems, policies, procedures, and processes. Ingrid has over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector with 10 years in non-profit finance.

In her free time, she enjoys long distance running and biking, as well as strength, conditioning and stability training. Ingrid tries to find a new destination to travel to each year.
