TCEQ will hold an in-person stakeholder meeting in Houston to hear public comments before formal rulemaking begins. We will discuss rule changes required by TCEQ’s Sunset Bill, Senate Bill 1397, and changes recommended in the Sunset Commission’s report relating to public notice.
