The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is holding a public hearing to receive testimony on proposed revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for ozone pollution.

Ozone has been proven to cause many negative health effects to the lungs, heart, reproductive, and development systems.

We want to ensure that Texans have clean air available to them, and in order to do so, we need the community’s help to ensure that the plan is efficient and practical.
