The EPA will hold a virtual public hearing on the “Proposed Revisions to the Texas Regional Haze Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) and Affirmation of the Cross State Air Pollution Rule as Better than BART” on Friday, May 19, 2023.

The hearing will take place from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
