TCEQ
Submit an air quality complaint to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
We recommend always submitting a complaint to TCEQ in addition to contacting your city or county officials.
Use this tool from the Environmental Justice Team of Lone Star Legal Aid to report any pollution you see in the 72 counties (map) of the Eastern & Gulf Coast Regions of Texas. Your report will greatly help the LSLA EJ Team and TCEQ take action against the pollution. Using this tool is quick and can be anonymous.
