AirMail is Air Alliance Houston’s new real-time public notification system for air permit applications. The tool scans air permit applications submitted to the TCEQ and allows AAH to mail postcards to inform nearby residents about an application and their rights to challenge it. These postcards will be sent without registration necessary. AirMail is funded by the Environmental Protection Agency under the Community Change Grant Program.
